SHIPPING POLICY
- Cleanse Disinfectant is not liable for any delays and lost or damaged parcels. It is out of our control once the parcel is handed to the courier for shipping.
- In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, we will call the courier's customer service to report it and file for refund.
- To avoid delays and lost parcels MAKE SURE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AND CONTACT NUMBER IS COMPLETE AND CORRECT.
- If you wish to change the delivery address, please notify us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE through email so we can update it right away.
